Make!Sense (6th)

Data analysis, spreadsheets and mathematical, logical and statistical functions to solve everyday problems are important tools that our students should master. Make!Sense is a company that provides various circuit boards that can measure daily activities and problems. Students incorporate the collected data through the sensors and other measuring devices to plot the information, analyze it and draw educated conclusions. Students also use coding, primarily Scratch, to predict various outcomes from the data that is collected. Using instruments such as moisture sensors, light sensors, motion detector sensors, and touch sensors allows students to perform science experiments and gather the data to analyze.
