Reenactment of the Arrest of John Fell by Heard’s Brigade (3rd)
Students witness living history by observing the reenactment of the arrest of John Fell, a patriot who lived during the American Revolution. Heard’s Brigade, a group of reenactors who specialize in dramatizing Revolutionary War Events, will recreate the infamous arrest of John Fell. After the reenactment, students will meet with members of Heard’s Brigade to discuss the role of American and British milita in the war. They will learn about uniforms, weapons and life in camp. Students are always encouraged to ask questions.
