Schmitty the Weather Dog (K - 3rd)

Schmitty the Weather Dog is a four pound Yorkshire Terrier who has a nose for weather! Author, Elly McGuire, reads her new book, Schmitty the Weather Dog: Daydream. This book focuses on weather and overcoming adversity.

A STEAM enrichment program featuring Meteorologist Ron Trotta, presents a fun and interactive weather lesson wrapped around Schmitty‘s weather fact handout. Finally, Ron Trotta leads a rousing weather sing-along. Then the students get a parting sniff from Schmitty.
