Perfection on Wheels
Students at Hillside and Brookside Schools kicked off Respect Week 2015 with a heart-stopping, jaw-dropping performance from DialedBMX. The BMX bike stunt riders performed all sorts of tricks while sharing messages about tolerance, respect and kindness.
The DialedBMX team provides positive role models to show students what is possible by living a healthy lifestyle. DialedBMX’s goal is to show students that it’s ok to be different and stand out. The riders want students to know that with hard work and dedication, they can fulfill any dreams that they desire.
This program is part of an ongoing effort in both schools to make respect a foundational trait amongst all students. Through the character education programs and Respect Week events, students have learned about the signs and dangers of bullying in an entertaining and informative way.
